- Please note that if you want to change the date or time of your trip, you must first cancel the trip. Reservations can be changed up to 15 minutes before departure. You will then be sent a voucher equal to the value of the canceled items (excluding cancellation fees). The amount of the cancellation fee will be shown in the next step of the cancellation process. The received voucher can be used to buy new tickets on our website.

- Baby car seat. To transport children, you must have a child car seat with you. During the trip, the child must be wearing a two-point seat belt.
- Excess baggage. Baggage with total dimensions exceeding 160 cm or weight exceeding 20 kg is considered overtime. Such baggage must be checked in in advance by requesting our support team.
